Is the initial consultation paid?
The initial consultation is free: we listen to what you need, then share a timeline and a quote. If several processes and systems need a detailed review and a roadmap, we state the scope and cost of that work clearly in the quote.
Do you also implement the roadmap?
If you like, yes; the same team can take on the build. We write the roadmap clearly enough that another team could carry it out too.
Do you give legal advice on data protection?
No. On the technical side we plan the data flow, masking and hosting options; for the legal assessment we suggest working with your own legal advisor.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many processes and systems need to be reviewed. After the initial consultation we share a clear plan.
