When you fill out the contact form or use our quote assistant Codey, we collect the information you share with us:

• Full name and company name

• Email address and (optionally) phone number

• Project type, project details and message content

We also automatically collect certain technical data through your browser and device when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring link).

How you arrived at the site (ad click ID and campaign parameters, landing page, referring site) is kept in your browser while the tab is open. This record is not a cookie; it is added to a request, together with your cookie choice, only when you send one. Even if you decline cookies, the ad click ID may be carried in the address bar on links within the site (Google Consent Mode).

We use the data we collect to:

• Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag (ad conversion measurement; only with cookie consent)

• Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings; the Codey chat and form are masked in recordings; only with cookie consent)

• FormSubmit (delivery of contact form messages and quote requests via email)

• n8n (the workflow tool we use to pass quote requests to our team and record them)

• WhatsApp (only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp; subject to Meta's privacy policy)

• Anthropic (the AI service that generates the replies of our quote assistant Codey; only your answers about the project are sent. The name, email and phone number from the final form are never sent, and email addresses or phone numbers typed into the chat are masked before sending)

• Vercel (hosting and performance analytics)

Data Retention and Security

Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and is protected against unauthorized access with appropriate technical and organizational measures.

Your Rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
